In as far as the internet offer provides an opportunity for entering personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, postal addresses), the user is sure to disclose this information on a voluntary basis only.

The utilization or payment of all services offered is – in as far as this is technically feasible and to be reasonably expected – possible also without the provision of any such information, i.e. by using anonyms or pseudonyms.

The URMA generally preserves anonymity of the user during his visit to our pages. In cases in which your address or any other personal data is required, you will be informed beforehand. By calling the internet page, the URMA may collect data, which will be stored for back-up purposes, and which may possibly allow user identification. (such as IP-address, date of call, daytime and pages sighted). This information is evaluated by the URMA in order to better understand user-behavior, and to draw up statistics. In any of these measures, the extremely high security standards of the Teleservice Data Protection Regulation (TDDSG) and the Data Protection Ordinance for Teleservice Providers (TDSV) are observed. There is no exploitation of this information as far as the individual user is concerned. URMA reserves the right to statistically evaluate anonymized sets of data. If within the frame of contractual data processing any data is passed on to service providers, these providers are tied to the BDSG (Federal Data Protection Law), other applicable regulations and the privacy policy of the URMA. In as far as the URMA is either legally required or ordered by court to do so, it will disclose the necessary amount of the data collected to the authorized agencies. Without your explicit consent, URMA will not pass on your personal information to any third party.

This disclaimer is part of the website, from which reference to this page was made. In as far as parts or single wordings of this text do not, no longer or only partially adhere to applicable law, the remaining parts of the document remain untouched as far as content and validity are concerned.
